A SMOOTH START

You’ve arrived.

Keep quiet in front of the property at all times, especially when arriving and leaving.

Your access information is provided through your reservation. Keep Airbnb notifications on throughout your stay.
Park two vehicles closest to the courtyard entry. One additional vehicle may park directly in front of the property. Do not park on the pavers by the bamboo fence or block wall.
Rideshares, taxis, deliveries, and pickups must stop directly in front of this property, never across the street or in front of neighboring homes.
For help, message through Airbnb or use the Ring doorbell. Ask others in your group to knock or message you to open the door.

Access codes and Wi-Fi details are shared through your reservation or at the property.

Park and arrange rideshare pickups only in the green areas shown. Never park across the street, on the pavers next to the bamboo wall, or in front of neighbors’ homes or driveways.

Relax. We’ve got
the details covered.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No lifeguard is on duty.
No diving, running, rough play, or glass containers in or around the pool and spa.
Follow the spa instructions posted near the controls. Turn spa features off when finished and secure covers where applicable.
If the heater, lighting, pool controls, or Pentair system does not respond, contact your host. Do not troubleshoot or touch the equipment.
Follow the posted BBQ instructions, clean the grill after use, and turn propane off when finished.

02 / COOK & CONNECT

THE HEART OF THE HOME

Make something good.

Please make sure not to overload the breaker. For best practices, use one high-power appliance at a time. The toaster, coffee machine, blender, and toast maker may all be on the same circuit, so use them individually.
The microwave, fridge, oven, and major appliances are on separate breakers. Additional cooking supplies are in the corner cupboard between the fridge and oven. Oven mitts are to the left of the stove, and cooking utensils are to the right. Plateware is in cupboards above and to the right of the stove. Glassware is to the right of the plateware. Cleaning supplies, paper towels, & garbage bags are under the sink.
Please make sure stovetops and ovens are turned off after use, and make sure fridge doors are closed; otherwise, you will hear a beep warning.
There are additional spices and kitchen cooking supplies throughout, and labeled drawers. Make sure to put everything back, and do not place dirty or unwashed plates, dishes, or silverware back in drawers. Do not leave anything in the kitchen that will attract flies or bugs, and make sure nothing clogs the sinks.
DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN GARBAGE DISPOSAL THAT WILL DAMAGE IT! Including glass, silverware, metal, plastics, or grease. Only approved soft food items should be put down or just thrown in the trash.

FANDELIERS

Tip! If you find that there is minimal air coming from the fan, simply press the forward reverse button labeled "F/R" Make sure to only press once, to give it time to slow down and change speed. The top left button will turn on/off the lights.

SMART TVS

TVs have a Roku controller and will be on guest mode so you can log in to your accounts and return to where you left off on your favorite shows. This mode ensures that non-authorized purchases are made on the owner's accounts. If you do log in to your services, make sure to log out, or let us know if you forget. Living room TV sound bar controllers located behind soundbar. Please put back when done.

LAUNDRY DRYER

Make sure to empty the lint trap between drying. Double-check that the trap is placed back so the dryer will work.

Larger loads will require more heat and time, adjust accordingly.

BEDROOM FEATURES

Switches for the bed lights are located above each nightstand; touch some of them to trigger the light. There are charging stations on nightstands and on headboards. Turn fans off when not in use.

BATHROOMS

Do not flush anything but toilet paper. Please do not access locked drawers or doors if present. Make sure to close windows. Towels, toilet paper, and hair dryer located in drawers

REMOTE LABELS

Each remote control is color coded labeled based by their room to keep track of for our guests. Please make sure to return the controllers to their designated rooms holder.

BBQ RULES

• Turn off all burners and gas tank valves and unplug BBQ.

• Clean the grill grates.

• Clean up any spills.

• Wipe down the BBQ.

• Clean all utensils.

• Replace the BBQ cover.

POOL RULES

Quiet time begins at 10pm to be mindful of our amazing neighbors. Contact your host regarding charges/use of pool heating.

SAFETY FEATURES

There are fire suppressants and medical kits located throughout the property. Please review the safety video provided on this Guest Guide for location and information.

FANS / CONTROLLERS

Turn off fans, and place controllers back in their color-coordinated holders or on coffee tables nearest their rooms' TV.

A few small things make a big difference for the next guests.

Gather used towels in laundry baskets; leave used bed linens on the beds.Remove personal food and beverages from the refrigerator. Start the dishwasher if dishes were used.Dispose of trash in outdoor bins. For Wednesday stays or Tuesday checkout, put bins by the large palm at the driveway end.Clean the BBQ if used. Put board games away and return moved furniture or disconnected plugs to their original state.Lock all doors and windows, then send a quick Airbnb message that you have departed.
